Shipping:In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after they are received. Most customers receive their orders in just 5-10 business days via Canada Post. If you order a large quantity or custom items, we may combine and ship them in one box. If you need faster delivery please E mail us at info@treechic.a for further assistance with your shipping needs.
Delays: Some orders are delayed if 1. we need to get an item from the manufacturer or 2. your order contains a locally made item which needs to be made to order (we will make it in your size!) and we will email you if your order is delayed more than 1 week.
Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an automatic order confirmation via E Mail. TreeChic.ca will deliver all merchandise listed on the order confirmation, unless you inform us of any changes (see below).
Change and/or Cancellation of Order: Customers must notify TreeChic.ca within 24 hours of confirmation for any changes made to the order. After this time orders cannot be changed. Merging Orders: Multiple orders placed within 24 hours are shipped together. We provide this service to our customers to reduce shipping and handling charges.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you’ve ordered is not in stock, it will be back-ordered automatically and you will be notified immediately. We will let you know when the item is expected, and you have the option of canceling or changing your order, or waiting for the item to arrive. Our stock is replenished monthly, and back-orders are filled as soon as stock is received.
Returns: If, for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your TreeChic.ca item. Must be in re-stockable condition. We accept all merchandise returns within 7 days of receipt of shipment, for exchange, store credit, Gift Certificate Credit, or Money Back, less shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please call or E Mail TreeChic.ca (info@treechic.ca) for Return Authorization prior to return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of items returned. Any return over $300 will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. Thank you for understanding.
